This is in my area. There was also a shooting down in Aspen Hill, about 3 miles away from the workplace.

I had to bar nearly a dozen people from coming into a community center at work for lockdown before leaving the morning shift. Had a couple of teens yell and swear at me and the boss for keeping them out. They threatened to tell their friends what a horrible place we were for keeping them out in the middle of a crisis. They were pissed, but what could we do? We couldn't let them in no matter what.
