Holland summons the strength to crawl across the finish for her coach who has Lou Gehrig's disease. Here extraordinary effort helped her team win the state title. Congratulations Holland Reynolds! You go girl!
One word Perseverance
Running has to be one the most boring sports ever, regardless I probably would of just gave up.

Why was she in so much pain?
One word: perseverance.
Grammar plz. I thought that she was going to make in on her feet but she really deteriorated in that last 50 meters. Must have hurt allot.
Why was she in so much pain?
Yeah what happened? Did she cramp up, because that looked like an extreme case?
Fucking props to that girl.
Yeah what happened? Did she cramp up, because that looked like an extreme case?
Perhaps someone shot her, or she magically grew some balls or something. Anyway she did i mighty fine job.
Awesome ...That ass.
If I was in that position, I wouldn't risk harming myself further just to finish some stupid race.
but how long have you been training for the race to just quit 30 meteres from the finish
If I was in that position, I wouldn't risk harming myself further just to finish some stupid race.
nobody thinks you're cool for saying that

Dehydration's a bitch. If you've never hit the wall, it's hard to imagine what it's like. You think you can move, but your body simply isn't there. http://www.nytimes.com/2010/12/02/sports/02runner.html
Running has to be one the most boring sports ever, regardless I probably would of just gave up.
I was on the distance squad in track throughout my high school career. It's more about defeating yourself rather than those other people (though beating a lot of people is great as well). If you were to give up, you would be very much disappointed with yourself. It's all about improvement, and is just as much a mental game as it is physical.
The last words that guys said "Certainly giving her body.." made me crack up :D
Title made me think she crawled some big distance but really she only crawled like 3 feet.
I don't want to sound like a jackass but when she fell 5 meters away from the finish line I started to think that was staged
I don't want to sound like a jackass but when she fell 5 meters away from the finish line I started to think that was staged
Well, ever had really bad pains when running? It can kill you.
I remember one time I had this cramp in my stomach and I was walking like that. I was at fucking Six Flags.
