The director of the statewide Republican Party said via text message that an account was created under his name and his former personal credit card billing address in connection with the work of his law firm, Doré Jeansonne. He declined to say who he was using the account for. "As the state's leading opposition research firm, our law office routinely searches public records, online databases and websites of all types to provide clients with comprehensive reports," Doré said via text message. "Our utilization of this site was for standard opposition research. Unfortunately, it ended up being a waste of money and time." The database shows Doré spent $175.98 on the site, which he signed up for in 2013.
His reason sounds solid to me, and honestly, it's not the worst sexual scandal to happen to a politician if true.
I could believe it.
It kinda sounds true but also sounds fake as fuck.
Lol I like how every celebrity or high profile figure is saying that went on this website is saying that they were "doing it for research"...
Lol I like how every celebrity or high profile figure is saying that went on this website is saying that they were "doing it for research"...
Yeah, because a law firm that has to look for evidence is totally the same as a celebrity......

I'd only say something if there were cold hard facts like them actually using the service to get with people, but otherwise I don't really care. If you judge the entire lot as a bunch of cheaters then you're going to run into people who weren't using it as intended getting caught in the mix, or running into people with specific contexts that really make things complicated.
Well I mean, when I kept hearing about the site I made a fake free account with a bunch of bs details to see if anyone I knew was signed up, I wouldn't have a hard time believing a lot of other people did that. Bit harder to explain if you paid ~$180 for it but their explanation is pretty solid.

I don't really know how it works so I don't know if $180 is extraordinary or not.
