Wow it's weird to think how Russia wasn't even in Generals and they had China instead, because China was meant to be the new up-and-coming rival country at the time. Things have changed since 2003

Iirc the creator was talking to a friend in Russia and heard a gun battle in the background, which his friend attributed to the Mafiya. If the Mafiya were openly fighting in the streets, what power does the Government have? He couldn't take Russia seriously as a threat anymore after that.

Weirdly enough, I actually saw a truck like this on the highway yesterday. Big cargo truck, green camo, the train push on the front. It was super badass looking.

Sadly I remember always getting rekt just like starcraft 1 it always seems like the other players build their army of tanks in half a second mean while I barely have 5-10 infantry and they overrun my ass.

I'm pretty sure that they're fucking around, especially when you take their previous tweet into consideration.
