It quite literally runs at 15 frames per second no matter the settings (640x480 on low or 1080p on high). I once got so pissed off that I recorded with my camera the FPS ticker thing that fraps has, and that one time I played it was always above 30 FPS. I quit the game thinking it had fixed itself, deleted the camera footage, and when I went to go play the game later that day it was back to the shit 15 FPS I really really hate that shitty ass port and I'm glad I only got it for $7.50
