Owners of these new gadgets are reporting serious warping issues after the phones have done little more than sit inside a pair of pants. Apple’s aluminum unibody design is easy to appreciate, and the iPhone 6 launch made it just as easy to fall in love all over again. The curved edges to this phone are comfortable, and phone is just about as thin and light as you can get today. Unfortunately, it looks like Apple has sacrificed durability in exchange for that thin profile and impossibly light experience. Users are starting to report warping in iPhone 6 Plus models, and the images that accompany these reports are cringeworthy to say the least.
how do you even get this past QA. holy shit
It's a feature!
They're holding it the wrong way
I want to see a youtube video of someone bending one in half with their bare hands now. :v:

Fucking quality product.
The plus is prone to this, and if you manage to bend it you're a fucking idiot. You could do this to most phones, but they would break instead. Completely exaggerated bullshit, you can see in the video how bad he was struggling, that'd break most phones
This is what happens when they are obsessed with making them thinner and thinner
I guess Apple figured people should only have one stiffy in their pants.
"Aluminum" aka tinfoil.

To be fair I think almost any phone would bend under me trying to bend it with my hands. Lets get the same test done with other phones and compare.

Arguably he stopped on this before he caused any permanent damage. But what do you expect with an aluminium back? The plasticity of plastic like the s5? Lmao
Arguably he stopped on this before he caused any permanent damage. But what do you expect with an aluminium back? The plasticity of plastic like the s5? Those bend tests were hard to watch. Just expecting them to split and shatter at any moment. At least it is just bending. I remember reading on the Xperia Z2 forum about all these people whose phones' black glass shattered by being in skinny jeans. They were all laughed at and told to stop wearing "girl pants"
Arguably he stopped on this before he caused any permanent damage. But what do you expect with an aluminium back? The plasticity of plastic like the s5? Lmao
Really, it looks like he was trying his hardest to bend it and even said he managed to warp it a little, no where near as much as the iphone though.
Also the devices look mostly functional. Bend it the other way? Nah that probably would not work
Arguably he stopped on this before he caused any permanent damage. But what do you expect with an aluminium back? The plasticity of plastic like the s5? Lmao
so it's ok for a phone 3 days after purchase under normal wear and tear to be irreversibly warped?
Also the devices look mostly functional. Bend it the other way? Nah that probably would not work
Once aluminum bends bending it back means it will be bent easier, kinda like folding paper several times over until it tears or breaks.

Yes they have downfalls like battery life, customization and price, but they're still nice phones. With the amount of force that guy out on the phone to bend, that's ridiculous, how do you even manage that accidentally in a real life scenario?
At least it is just bending. I have a Samsung 900x4c aluminium(only the hinge covers are plastic) ultrabook it's from 2012 , I see no bends on it and I take it everywhere I go. I know this isn't fair because I don't keep it in my pants , but this is something to test before releasing a product that is going to be in pants!!
It's all a part of their plan to get you to buy their new proprietary Apple pants
Because most of it is blind Apple hate. Yes they have downfalls like battery life, customization and price, but they're still nice phones. Lmao
LMAO Get the fuck over yourself and realize that this is a problem. If your phone can warp in your pocket after being in there for only 2 days, which is the primary place it will be because its a cell phone, its a big problem and Apple shouldn't have excuses made for it because you don't want to admit your shiny expensive toy is flawed.
how do you even manage that accidentally in a real life scenario?
[t]https://pbs.twimg.com/media/ByQdqTkIQAAYhbK.png[/t] like this apparently
