How does he keep so calm under pressure? It's pretty amazing.

He's faced murderers, rapists, pedophiles, nazis and worse in interviews. He's just extremely good at being calm during stress. Oh, and if you've seen a lot of his work you'll notice how he works with people. He often gives them the impression of being more simple than he is, or he tricks them into saying the truth where they'd otherwise lie.

We don't even think like that, I feel like maybe in England we grow up around all sorts of people from all walks. Also at the part which they were shopping for clothes and he mixes the name Valerie with the woman who he met earlier who's name was Phyllis (spelling?) I picked up before Louie did and pointed it out to my friends in the room then Louie mentioned it, I couldn't believe it. I didn't even have my eye on her.

I think Al Sharpton comes off really awesome in this.
