he state's chief witness in the Trayvon Martin murder case lied under oath, prosecutors say.The young woman who says she was on the phone with Martin when he encountered George Zimmerman lied about her whereabouts at another time, the prosecution told a judge Tuesday. The woman, whose name has not been released, had told prosecutors that she was in the hospital on the day of Martin's funeral. The defense then sought her medical records.
http://edition.cnn.com/2013/03/06/us/florida-trayvon-martin-case/index.html I believe the witness was Martins girlfriend supposedly on the phone with him, which apparently never happened.
So what now? Is the whole trial invalid?
Not the whole trial, but it certainly helps the defense when the prosecution's key witness is found to have lied. People are going to continue to threaten and hate Zimmerman before a verdict, and probably after it even if he isn't found guilty, because it has the potential to be racist so obviously he is guilty until he proves himself innocent. That's how it works right? Sarcasm aside, I'm not defending Zimmerman, but a lot of the people here need to remember that there's a lot we don't know about this case, and as far as any of us are concerned, he is innocent until proven guilty. Because that's how the justice system is supposed to work.

If you're carrying a weapon, don't seek out conflict or opportunities to be a hero - with a gun, every dispute becomes an armed dispute, with the potential for death.

He wasn't implying whether Zimmerman was guilty or not.
black people everywhere are going to get pissed
