Need to learn how to make spiffy stuff with paint/paint.net

Im just looking for someone to show me how to do some cool stuff with paint or paint.net. Please help.
define "cool stuff"
Ice?
Refridgerators?
Those faggots with 8 popped collars and gel hair?
Instead of using google to search for some video tutorials, you make a thread on FP with little to no information about what you really want? Yeah, sounds like a good idea to me.
Seriously, your best option is to use google and search for tutorials, it isn't that hard to be honest. I learned how to use photoshop or other media programs(like Sony Vegas, FL Studio) that way.

This usually works for me.
I know the Paint.NET forums had a couple of pretty cool tutorials, not sure about its current state.
pixel2life.com has a lot of tutorials, but none specifically for Paint.NET.
Thanks for you advice. I know to Google now.
Hey Doggle, Ignore these self-reverential fucktards. They are super proud of their virtual accomplishments but don't have anyone in the physical world who gives two shits. so you get a backlash of misplaced, hipster-angst, just for asking a simple question.
Paint.net tutorials are pretty good but the site isn't "new-user friendly". YouTube has a buncha' crap to get you started, complete with step-by-step walk-throughs. like... how to make glossy buttons/2.0 icons, airbrush, reflections in water... and pretty much whatever else. If you haven't already, go to paint.net's official website and search "bolt bait". His plug-ins are pretty good and he compiled the most frequently requested ones into one pack. That way you don't have to search through hundreds of add-ons to find what you need just to get started. For fonts I use dafont.com a lot. Hope it helps but hit me back if not.

No, he made a thread about an unanswerable question, so people made fun of him because of that. Welcome to Facepunch.
