Well, it doesn't get much simpler than eggs and toast. A spinach (the leafy stuff, not the kind from a can), ham and cheese omelette between rye bread is a personal favorite of mine. If speed and ease is your utmost concern, then there's not much faster than fruit (grab, wash, eat) or leftovers (grab, heat if needed, eat). Right now I've got a large bowl of tuna macaroni salad in the fridge that I plan to have for breakfast. Although it's not a "breakfast food" in other people's eyes it still tastes damn good to me no matter what time of day I eat it.

Fruit is easy to eat for breakfast if you have a weak stomach, but if you're feeling up to it, make something like a raw vegetable salad, and maybe use something like a lemon and/or a lime to squeeze out some juice to use as dressing. Or just eat it plain. It's really good. Chew that shit up well if you want to absorb it all better. A raw veggie salad is really quick and easy to make. Just pick out vegetables you like and chop them up, and mix it together. Doesn't require much at all.
