Pretty sure every CoD since MW2 has been hacked before it came out and they've had day 1 patches to fix it every time.

The person who uploaded the video seems like a white knight. So what if they're playing the game they want to? It doesn't affect you in the slightest.
As for their rebuttal, empty threats are a really shitty way of going about it.
