Not only does that stop sign make no sense with it's location, it's GIGANTIC.
Why is there a Diamond off the side of the road?
well you tried

is this it finished?
can i buy a high res version to make some prints??
its like you put more effort into your logo than the actual image
That in the corner, Is that a turtle, a snail or a mountain?
I do not think that is a sensible place for a stop sign.
If the marks on the sign are supposed to be holes, I would put a bit more effort into erasing the outline of the stop sign. Right now it looks more as if it were splashed with paint. As another poster said, the stop sign is about 3/4 of a lane wide, or 6-7 feet across. Both elements of the image (The sign and the road) are technically well enough drawn, but the failure was in integrating the two in perspective to each other. If you think about it, with a shoulder-free two lane American road being about 16-20 feet wide, The sign should then be somewhere between 1/8 and 1/10 the width of the road. Stop signs are also usually between 5 1/2 and 9 feet tall - The lines you drew in the center of the road are usually a foot and a half to two feet long, and are spaced about 5-7 feet. The sign if drawn correctly in perspective with the road would be approximately 1/6 - 1/5 it's size and slightly shorter than the space between the opposing endpoints of two lines.
You guys are being utterly rude. First the stop sign makes sense, I mean he's driving into the sun, surely you'd head the warning from a massive stop sign covered in puzzle pieces. There's also a diamond on the side of the road wtf is that i don't even know but whatever [editline]5th January 2013[/editline] Or that giant Jupiter sized sun is going to collide with the earth and the stop sign is desperately telling it to stop but it won't work because it's backwards.

FreakyMe, this is drawing, not scheme
Yeah, it's a bad drawing and FreakyMe is telling you how to make it better.
FreakyMe, this is drawing, not scheme
What the heck is that supposed to even mean?
Not only does that stop sign make no sense with it's location, it's GIGANTIC.
No. Everything else is just small.

[sp]I'm so sorry you even considered this should ever be placed on this board.[/sp] I'm joking, kind of. This is the type of work I did when I was in grade school. Not even going to begin what needs to be improved, sorry. :suicide:
Seriously, are you saying you have finished this or do you want help on how to finish it?
Mr cake fingers, yes, finished - I didn't set any purpose, this is just little picture.
Then it would have been best to post it in the "Creative work that doesn't deserve a thread" thread.
Mr cake fingers, ok, thanks, will know
can i buy a high res version to make some prints??
thanks for the pm man
To his credit, he didnt try to charge you for it.
someone who's good at drawing should recreate it realistically still with the odd proportions
So.. are those holes on the stop sign or not? Edit:
someone who's good at drawing should recreate it realistically still with the odd proportions
I'm no artist nor good at drawing but I don't think it will ever happen so i had to try.
