While it's probably not going to be covered by many website, this guy was paralyzed in a motorcycle accident. He was approached by Konami in 2002 and did the artwork for the game Rumble Roses.

shit, that's depressing. i only learned about this guy a few months ago. becoming a professional concept artist after starting out drawing the way he did is a massive achievement.
Looking at some of his art, I am completely floored he did it all via his mouth.
