That's just how most local weather channels are in the US
It's amazing to see how much this game has spread. I was walking home from work playing it, and walked past a couple of random guys with their phones out, and they said,"pokemon go?" and I was like "yup".
this is getting out of hand lmao

This seems to be the way you say it if you don't want to look too much like a fuckin' nerd :v:

Players can't track you, the stories from people getting robbed are mainly because people play it in rough neighborhoods at 2 AM or they flock to Incense locations (that attract more Pokemon) and get robbed once they get to it.
Sunny with a chance of Solrock.

What we have had happen here in NoDak, is someone got the bright idea to "guide kids" around while playing Pokemon GO, and supposedly it was a ploy to get kids to walk out to farmland and ditch them there by some local college students.

Pokemon Go is actually ridiculous. Me and a few friends went hunting in Laguna Beah last night at 2am and there were 25 people standing around together who didn't know eachother. Avoiding the sprinklers that just turned on to catch pokemon.
The cops kept circling around because they were so confused.

I hope this happens in my country too when it gets released :v:

Apparently there's a group on facebook running a fucking Pokemon fight club on it.
It's not even out here yet and there's leigons of teenagers and 20 somethings sitting in the grass collecting Pidegots; it's fucking magical.
Amazing how Pokemon still manages to do this to people after all these years.
Dude if you could battle other people on the street this game would be the best shit ever.

I hope they update it to have battles- hopefully before Halloween. I want to dress as a member of Team Rocket.
Just spent two and a half hours with my friend walking around our relatively small town trying to hatch eggs and catch Pokemon, ended up meeting several people we knew and forming a posse, next thing you know we're a group of at least ten people roaming the streets. One guy put three lures down in an area with three pokestops right next to each other, next thing we knew there were about twenty people there.
This game brings people together, its kind of awesome, even if the team systems brings about an innocent form of gang violence. I walked over 10km tonight after work, and I feel pretty good about it, I probably wouldn't have walked around town had it not been for this game.
10/10 inciting gang violence in a childish way and promoting exercise, way to go Nintendo.
Me and the Mrs went for a walk so I could finally catch something and level up and fight, we stop so I could catch one and she could take over a gym. In the distance I hear "Hey, you playing pokemon ?" I just happily yell back yup. He asks what team I am and I told him I'm not high enough level yet and he says "Yeah, some blues taking over my yellow gym here" I look at my phone and the gym my girlfriend is battling for is yellow and I ask her what color she is and she says blue. We both have really bad social anxiety to new people so I just awkwardly told him we were just hunting at the moment and he walked away. We cringed the whole rest of the walk :v:

Would your eyes lock and render you unable to move too?

At my job we do wellness walks (about a km long) every other day. There were 9 of us today, 4 of us were playing Pokemon, and we passed 3 or 4 other people playing it as well.
