http://www.politico.com/blogs/under-the-radar/2016/09/trump-deposition-video-release-schedule-228953
A video of Donald Trump testifying under oath about his provocative rhetoric about Mexicans and other Latinos is set to go public as soon as Friday, drawing new attention to those comments just weeks before voters cast their ballots in the presidential race. Trump gave the testimony in June at a law office in Washington in connection with one of two lawsuits he filed last year after prominent chefs reacted to the controversy over his remarks by pulling out of plans to open restaurants at his new D.C. hotel. D.C. Superior Court Judge Brian Holeman said in an order issued Thursday evening that fears the testimony might show up in campaign commercials were no basis to keep the public from seeing the video. "This Court finds that Plaintiff has not demonstrated that any subject video deposition contains scandalous, libelous, or other unduly prejudicial material warranting denial of media access," Holeman wrote. "The public shall not be held captive by the suggested eventuality of partisan editing in a manner unfavorable to Plaintiff or the deponents."
The transcript is already out, but a video of Trump testifying under oath could be a cool vid Edit: And here it is
Heh, wow. Reading that transcript, it's amazing that he'd hang his own kids out to dry rather than accepting responsibility.
Oh trump, your way with words
How would you describe the Trump brand? A luxury brand. I think it's a brand where people know we get things done. It's a very successful brand, and does well.

Oh trump, your way with words
It gets even better. The stuttering and question-dodging further in are great.
Q And is the same the case with NBC? A Well, NBC wanted to renew me on The Apprentice, but I told them I can't do it. But they did -- you know, the Miss Universe was not nearly as important to them. But NBC, that -- that all worked out very well. I -- I don't know exactly what their reasoning was. But I can tell you they wanted to renew me very badly on The Apprentice. Q But it was you who said, Not doing that? A I couldn't do that because I was doing this. Q There are only so many hours in the day? A Well, you also have the equal time provisions. In other words -- Q Right. Yeah. A -- I'm not allowed -- essentially -- Q Got it. A -- I'm not allowed to do a show -- Q Right. Right. A -- and run for office. Q Free advertising. A Which is I think unfair. But it's one of those things. lmfao
I'm only about two pages in and it's already a funny read. The way he keeps saying how the lawsuit [for his hotel i believe] exists only because "he's running for office" is pretty funny.
Heh, wow. Reading that transcript, it's amazing that he'd hang his own kids out to dry rather than accepting responsibility.
Wait does that actually happen? The transcript's 140 pages and currently I don't have time to delve into it.
The video is out https://www.buzzfeed.com/danielwagner/trump-video-depositions?utm_term=.owPwmd4X9#.lj7bP0Npe
Wait does that actually happen? The transcript's 140 pages and currently I don't have time to delve into it.
Well, it's in the very beginning, when they're asking him who runs the business. Keeps insisting it's his kids handling everything, acts like he doesn't remember details, because he probably sees some tough questions coming.

Also, politics is really a full-time job; since the campaign started it looks like all Donald's actually been doing is advertising his businesses at rallies rather than actually conducting business.
It's as though every passing day Trump and the ideal of Trump becomes more hollow. He really does feel genuinely incompetent to me, and in the past he's done a decent job covering up his flaws, but I feel as though he's reaching the end of his rope. He's beginning to look silly almost everywhere, including here. As it was mentioned:
Q: How would you describe the Trump brand? A: A luxury brand. I think it's a brand where people know we get things done. It's a very successful brand, and does well.
I feel like he's become a caricature of what we used to make fun of him for.
Ohoho, this is amazing. Look at the guy squirm.
4 Q In Section 4 of the sublease, you can look 5 at it if you'd like, but did you understand that the 6 tenant agreed to use and occupy the demised premises 7 for a first-class in all respects restaurant? 8 A Yes. 9 Q And you understood that that was an 10 obligation that the Zakarian entity had? 11 A That's right. 12 Q And did you also understand in Section 13 36 D of the lease that the tenant agreed to hire and 14 maintain reasonably adequate personnel for the 15 efficient service of its customers? 16 A Yes. 17 Q Do you understand as a -- as a 18 businessman, understanding you're not a lawyer, and 19 I don't want to know what your lawyers told you, do 20 you generally understand that in every contract, and 21 particularly in every lease, there is a covenant of 22 good faith and fair dealing on the part of both 1 parties implied into every lease? 2 A I don't know how you define that. I mean, 3 I just don't know. I mean, I just know we have a 4 lease that said you're going to occupy a premises. 5 We took it off the market. We thought we had a 6 deal. We had a deal for quite some time. And, I 7 mean, he just didn't live up to his deal. 8 Q But my question is, do you understand that 9 there is a duty of good faith and fair dealing 10 that's implied on to the part of both parties in 11 every lease deal? 12 A I don't know. I mean, I don't know. I 13 want a fair deal. I just don't know what the lease 14 says. 15 Q Do you agree generally that regardless of 16 what's specifically written in the lease, you as the 17 owner can't then interfere with the tenant's right 18 and duty to do what he is required and entitled to 19 do under the lease, which is operate and profit from 20 a successful restaurant? 21 A I just don't know what the lease says. I 22 just don't -- it's a very big lease. I -- I don't 1 know what the lease says on it. 2 Q Right. My question, sir, respectfully, 3 was that apart from what the lease says, whatever 4 the lease says, do you understand that you can't 5 then go and just interfere in some way with the 6 tenant's right and obligation to open and profit 7 from a successful restaurant? 8 MS. WOODS: Objection. Calls for a legal 9 opinion. 10 A I just don't know. I -- I mean, I would 11 not interfere. And we didn't interfere. We gave 12 him the premises. He chose not to take the 13 premises. And, you know, so, I mean, I haven't 14 interfered with him. 15 Q As a businessperson, do you understand 16 that you could -- well, strike that. 17 Is it your understanding as a 18 businessperson that you could go and announce 19 outside Mr. Zakarian's restaurant that he's a 20 terrible chef? 21 MS. WOODS: Objection.

So it's not like, you know, like I've said anything that could be so bad.
I cracked up laughing at this!
Well, it's in the very beginning, when they're asking him who runs the business. Keeps insisting it's his kids handling everything, acts like he doesn't remember details, because he probably sees some tough questions coming.
I see what you're saying, but I think you're being a bit assumptive - if his children were genuinely calling the shots, then there's no reason he shouldn't say that they were. Just because they're his children, doesn't mean he should take the fall for their own decision making. Hell, for all we know, he talked to his kids beforehand and warned them that he would be saying these things in the deposition. Judging by Trump's past behavior I wouldn't put it past him to fuck over his kids, but at the same time, I'd like to give him the benefit of the doubt when it comes to this one.
