So I just watched the film "Control" from 2007. It's basically about the life of Ian Curtis, the singer/leader/frontman of Joy Division. Despite it being about Joy Division, that was some depressing shit. Brilliant imagery too.. Reminded me of Across The Universe a bit. Scriptwriting was pretty great too.. What's your opinions on the film?
The movie Contact is from 1997 if you mean about that movie then yes. I think its a pretty unrated movie personaly i found it great movie its not bad but not to amazing either. If you mean the movie "Direct contact" from 2009 then no beceuse that was a piece of crap.

Crap, I meant Control.. Don't know why I said Contact.. Here's the IMDB http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0421082/
Yes, "Control" is a great movie. If you've listened to the band itself, you'd know that their music is generally very gloomy and depressive since so much of it relates to Ian Curtis. He committed suicide less than a year after the release of their first album, so the lyrics sorta highlight the general frame of mind of a mind about to end it all. The movie did an excellent job of bringing all this to the big screen.
