A Washington man accused of killing his girlfriend was reportedly inspired by an episode of popular television series "Breaking Bad." KTVB reported 27-year-old Jason Hart has been accused of strangling Regan Jolley and subsequently attempting to dispose of her body in a plastic tub full of acid. Wow, that's fucked up. Like. FUCK.
At least he didn't try it in a bathtub.
breaking bad has inspired me to be a drug dealer and get cancer it's an inspiration to us all
This is disgusting, imagine being one of that girl's family members, knowing someone that you loved, raised, and centered your life around no longer exists in any form, she is now nothing but a goop of human.
Too bad hydrofluoric acid isn't too great on bodies. [editline].[/editline] I'm pretty sure a lot of the chemistry in breaking bad is wrong simply so as people can't go about dissolving bodies and making meth
Too bad hydrofluoric acid isn't too great on bodies.
Probably an amatuer chemist that thought "oh HCl is pretty strong what if I used HF? I'm a genius!" It's a weak acid nitwit. Learn your attractions.
And now idiots will try and get the show banned most likely
Probably an amatuer chemist that thought "oh HCl is pretty strong what if I used HF? I'm a genius!" It's a weak acid nitwit. Learn your attractions.
It's strong as far as weak acids go, but bases are much better for bodies. Sodium Hydroxide is probably a good place to start.
You speak from experience
Or he just didn't sleep in chemistry classes. [editline]28th June 2013[/editline] I know I did
You speak from experience
There's a reason for the mobs using shit like lime and caustic soda.
Hello, my name is Flapadar. You may remember me from some timeless programs as France's Most Wanted, Cold Case Files, and my publicly broadcast court trial. Today, we'll be discussing the most efficient ways to melt a human body.

Why would television lie?! Where did he go wrong?!
This is another simple reason why there needs to be a hell.

Most saturated solutions of acid, weak or strong, will be enough to disintegrate flesh.
Probably an amatuer chemist that thought "oh HCl is pretty strong what if I used HF? I'm a genius!" It's a weak acid nitwit. Learn your attractions.
You're honestly better off spilling an equal amount/concentration of HCl on your skin than HF. That stuff won't stop until it hits bone. Weak/strong acid just relates to hydrogen ion concentration in an aqueous solution, not necessarily how corrosive it is.
I read that in troy mcclure's voice for some reason
probably because its the same format as how troy mcclure always introduces himself? not that much of a mystery tbh

It's extremely toxic though.
I would recommend not using facepunch to study for a final.
One of the guys in my class 'accidentally' made cocaine. [sp]all of it was used in the next reaction I think[/sp] Was brilliant when the lecturer mentioned it.
yes i'm sure this is very true
One of the guys in my class 'accidentally' made cocaine. [sp]all of it was used in the next reaction I think[/sp] Was brilliant when the lecturer mentioned it.
Is cocaine really so easy to make that some random college kids made it on accident?
Is cocaine really so easy to make that some random college kids made it on accident?
Wasn't really an accident, was one of the transition states? (not sure about the terminology there) of a reaction he was doing his first year uni project on. Can't remember exactly what it was, this was 3 years ago.
And now idiots will try and get the show banned most likely
there's just half-a-season left in a little over a month-and-a-half better not be banned i need to know what happens
Reminds me of Jeffrey Dahmer just not as fucked up but still fucked up.
