this is always the way. while the opposition is happy to point the finger, the moment they get in power they're not going to reverse money-saving policies instigated by their predecessors. and why would they? the coalition has already taken the rap for it but no one will remember this news story in 24 hours

This is what is annoying me with Labour (although it can generally be extended to pretty much any political party) - they spend so much time just trying to discredit the Coalition, but the second they get into power they will just pull the same shit.
Here's an idea for the politicians - stop bitching about the opposition and actually come up with some good ideas.
They won't borrow from other countries and banks, they'll just tax the shit out of the working class.
