I mean holy shit, the guy they tried to catch apparently had other sexually inappropriate contact about 15 times, where was law enforcement in all of this? Why were they never informed of the incident? The article doesn't state they knew beforehand, so the school deserves to get any negative press or lawsuits that will likely follow once the male student gets his sentencing. The school was way out of line trying to act as something it was never intended to be.

American schools are so fucking fucked up. I swear that all this rape shit doesn't happen here and if someone actually committed rape that they would mostly likely be dead or at least their social life would be dead. Even thugs take rape very seriously here. The best part is how American schools always try to hide these things to protect "muh reputation".
