This looks stunning in WMV, MP4 and AVI (after coverting to a h264 format.)
but on youtube it looks utter bollocks.

Is it to do with the fact i run it through AAE, then vegas, then youtube? Should i completely edit in one program?
Also, any video game video makers got any tips for quality?

(Sorry that this isn't just the video side, i have been searching for decent quality for a month now, no dice.)

It's youtube, it's hard to fix... unless you have it encoded the same way as them it'll look quality raped, i myself do not know what youtube uses so. Good luck.
