He was such a great character.
He truly never turned off, shows that no matter what he was doing he did it in a comedic way.
:( The most horrible thing about people committing suicide is that they could have changed their minds about it right when it was too late. Can't imagine what that must be like.

You see cases where people have tied themselves to trees and there's evidence of them trying to claw their way out before death. It's certainly not a trivial decision - but it is one you can regret.

It's more of a realization that might happen when you're taking your own life, and you realize what killing yourself really means. There was something about a bridge, in New York I think, where very few people that jumped from it survived but the ones that did said they regretted it as soon as they jumped.
Robin Williams turned EVERY interview into comedy gold.

It's what happens when depression encapsulates you so deeply and thoroughly that it's choking out your ability to make rational decisions, your own decisions. Not every outburst of depression has got to be lethal, but like all diseases it can get worse and worse and worse... until you find yourself unable to resist for long enough to stop yourself.
Are you talking about the Golden Gate Bridge in California?
Probably, yeah.
So you think suicide is just like a "Hmm.. You know? Maybe I'm gonna kill myself today. yeah.. Sounds good." kind of decision?
assuming we're all reasonably intelligent, i'm pretty sure he's talking about the moments or seconds right before committing suicide, where a simple thought can be enough to stop a person in their place

That mustache actually looks good on him.
