I'd say potentially, the only statement I can see by making this an exhibit is further emphasizing that anything can be art, that even ugly, close-to-home-but-no-don't-even-talk-about-that stuff things can be framed and called beautiful. Perhaps its the point that its somewhat "dumb". Or maybe there is some very strange way of thinking involved that you can perhaps find an aesthetic beauty in an anus, but I don't know.
