Oddly enough I managed to make this during English class without listening to it. Vocal samples were added on later when I got home. Credits to Vengeance Essential for all the samples.
First attempt with after effects so yeah I did screw it up :P

Man this sounds like you put absolutely minimal effort in, if you used purely vengeance samples for everything, you even used the default FL studio drums, to be totally honest I think you're using your excuse where you claim you made this in english class without listening because you think it'll be a useful defense tool if anyone tells you it sucks

It shows.

Samples were only the vocals. The synths were from Massive, Harmless, and presets from Nexus and Sylenth1. The only time I ever use samples of synths are for oneshots. The kick is just one sample from black octopus something pack. I sorta overdid it with the soundgoodizer (only noticed when blasting it on headphones, only mastering VST I have right now). Claps, snare, and hihats are from the FL studios default.
Whether you believe it or not that I made it in class then its up to you cause I know that I did. No mixing at this stage either in case you can't tell (some synths are completely drowned out). If I wanted to be defensive I wouldn't have even bothered to put it up.
Its the first time I'm dealing with any sort of vocals so I overkilled it as of now (A kid discovering a new toy :X)

Thank you for your totally insightful comment
Well I have to say I appreciate your kind-hearted response to my, what now seems kinda douchey, post, to which I apologize about.
I definitely didn't try to make out you're lying to everyone, but what I'm saying is that, although this is a track that sounds not worked on enough, it has great potential for further work, and I have to say you aren't a bad producer, not one bit, but perhaps try to come up with something more original than an electro house track, surprisingly people begin to appreciate you as a musician more if you make music that is totally irrelevant to the popular EDM music out there
The fact that you are getting overly defensive at someone criticising you is not a good sign for the future of your music
that said, dead madman you have a real prejudice against vengeance samples I have noticed (no judge I've never heard of them just curious as to why)

I wouldn't say he's being overly defensive, what I think is that his semi-sarcastic response to "It shows" isn't half as bad as Kaburorne's post "It shows", that in my opinion is totally unnecessary and harsh towards the OP.

Well I only put in vocals to try out Nishin's style with his "musical revolution" piece (which boggles my mind on how he got 100 samples into the piece) and over did it. Originally it was just to focus on the complextro sounds with the synths (which ironically got drowned out). I didn't put much thought into the elements other than the synths themselves as I'm still trying to get a hang of genre. Heck, I just started listening to electronic music 2 months ago :D. And yes I did not put much time into it (2 hours maybe? with the vocals being added in) as I'm still experimenting and what I did was basically focus on the 4 bars that I have fixing up the synth sounds (personally I find it hard to continue writing with a half-assed sound even as a filler).
I certainly can't please everyone with what I have as it is the people on the internet have their own opinion. All you can do is turn a blind eye to them. I may be defensive over other things (if you know me) but not with this for sure. I'm still learning and I know I suck compared to the sheer amount of other people doing the same thing out there. We've all got to start somewhere.
Sidenote: Black Octopus Monster Kicks is the pack I used. Pretty solid kicks in the pack I'd say (although I favor the first one alot more than the others). I could see why it sounded like the default as I overdid the soundgoodizer. I changed the kick but with all the filtering it sounds almost the same :(
EDIT: Is electro that frowned upon? being new and all my experiences with the scene is very limited.
Advice :
Keep working on tracks instead of rushing them to show off on Facepunch only to get disappointed like there's no tomorrow.
Use Black Octopus Monster Kicks as long as you want, I agree they're fucking awesome :v:
Stop using the soundgoodizer, it's just maximus with a volume slider for how much the preset maximizes the channel, just use maximus instead.
KEEP TRYING. I've been producing for 2 years (3 this october), and I've just about managed to get to the point where I don't get flooded with soundcloud comments saying "oi m8 ur shit"

Well Thanks for the heads up I guess :P
Honestly I only posted here to see the response and it was pretty much what I expected. The only other site I could have possibly posted on is on the UG forums but would aggravate trolls more than anything else.
With the soundgoodizer I do plan on ditching it but I've been too lazy to find new plugins (once I do I usually get a bunch).
And of course I'm not going to stop. At least not anytime soon.

Soundgoodizer in retrospect is a demo of maximus, except with none of it's primary features, get used to maximus, perhaps one of the best, most underrated plugins ever.
