Theism Vs Atheism - General

I am especially interested in your comments on the opponents themselves. I find Hitch to be a MUCH bigger idiot, but I will not say why. EDIT: I am neither an atheist or religious, I believe in logic.

This thread has been done over and over and over and over. and over... and over again. Just stop because it isn't going to go anywhere. Also, if you believe in logic, you would be atheist. Unless you think the idea of "God" is rational.

No, I refute what the atheists say, because they say: "There IS no god." I just say that it may be something like a god, but I find it highly unlikely. And in the case that a god like being was to exist, then it would most likely be considerably different than what the humans have been able to come up with.

Then your an atheist. You don't believe in god and you find it unlikely. Being an atheist doesn't mean you believe there is no chance of a god it just means you don't believe in one.

You can be an atheist agnostic. Since most agnostics dont believe in god most angostics are also atheists unless your completely 50/50 with it you are either an atheist agnostic or an theist agnostic. Just like if you dont believe in bigfoot but at the same time aren't 100% sure.

Theism is simply belief in a god or gods and atheism is a lack of belief in a god or gods. Not all atheists are going around asserting that the existence of a higher power is impossible.
