These people are sending some mixed signals. How would the "scam" even get the person money in this case? "mail your money to my home address thanks"
i like how a legit parking ticket in this town is 3 dollars less than i what i pay to park every day for work

We were in NYC last weekend and my dad got a ticket for not paying the meter. It was cheaper than paying the meter. :v:
It's so bizarre seeing a normal person in a news report actually talking about rickrolling.
