Looks okay, still seems like one giant expansion pack to me. Looks like there is no recoil for any guns now, which is bad. And specialist class sounds game breaking as hell.
this looks even worse than the second one do not want
I'm not particularly interested in MW3, but I like what they did with the point streak system. I was a major team player in MW2 (shooting down killstreaks, capturing the flags, arming the bombs) and I always felt like what I was doing was worth jack squat because everyone on the team was benefiting from it except me. Because, you know, apparently taking an ac-130 down by yourself equals nothing, but killing one guy is. If I ever get to play this game, i'm playing support all the way.
Wow, Specialist sounds INCREDIBLY unbalanced.
Wow, Specialist sounds INCREDIBLY unbalanced.
Agreed. Specialist should start with no perks at all, and THEN start earning them.
Definitely an improvement. But....still.
Assault : Offensive Support : Defensive Specialist : One man army. How could anything go wrong?
Strike Package seems cool but the gameplay really isn't my thing
Eh. I'm not a big fan of CoD at all, but saying this is worse than the second one is bullshit. In all honesty it's CoDMW 2.5.
Agreed. Specialist should start with no perks at all, and THEN start earning them.
perks shouldn't exist period.
Game of the year. buying for sure.
More Balanced? Tailored for Individual Play? No Thanks, sounds like everyone will become elitist because of the gameplay now.
"more balanced than ever before" hahahahahahahahahahaha
Sorry but I wont be getting this game.
The whole thing with the drones and shit sound copied of what was in Homefront. Funny how they're now copying a game that was essentially a copy of MW2.
The whole thing with the drones and shit sound copied of what was in Homefront. Funny how they're now copying a game that was essentially a copy of MW2.
Remote Helicopters? Must be a copy of homefront.
The whole thing with the drones and shit sound copied of what was in Homefront. Funny how they're now copying a game that was essentially a copy of MW2.
Yeah, because as we know homefront invented remote-controlled robots.
Yeah, because as we know homefront invented remote-controlled robots.
It's just the way it's handled is exactly the same as it was in Homefront.
Hey look its MW2 with new skins and maps.
The whole thing with the drones and shit sound copied of what was in Homefront. Funny how they're now copying a game that was essentially a copy of MW2.
Are you serious.
"more balanced than ever before" hahahahahahahahahahaha
Love the timing on that. Gets done telling you about how you can became a one man army and don't need helicopters... then tells you it's more balanced than ever before.
Maybe it's just me, but when I found out that they swapped killstreaks for scorestreaks and added a bunch of those remotely controlled drones, I just thought of homefront, since it was exactly like that in it. I do agree that it's a nice change and it'll maybe encourage at least a bit of teamwork.

This is why I don't post in these threads anymore, but I just needed to seriously ask if what you said was meant to be taken seriously. Why the fuck would IW/Sledgehammer copy Homefront of all games?

:colbert: Not buying another COD game until revise and redo the entire MP side of things.
Hey IW, no guns in the world sound like that.
I dont get the massive amount of hate against Modern Warfare. It has always been fun to play, even better when you got some buddies to play with you. What exactly are people complaining about? Sure, the campaign is really short but it has always been pretty cinematic and fun to play in my opinion. The Multiplayer is also really fun, most of the time if you arent constantly getting bombed to shit by killstreaks or grenade launchers. Everything has its ups and downs. Anybody care to explain this to me?
You know, I'm insanely excited for BF3, but it doesn't look half bad. Yeah, sure, its cod, it looks like cod, but I like the new team play orientated changes. I doubt anyone in the community will play support though. Still not convinced enough to even think about buying it.
"He essentially becomes a one man army" "More balanced than ever before" I'm sorry, what? How does that make the game more balanced?
"He essentially becomes a one man army" "More balanced than ever before" I'm sorry, what? I mean the Perks dont make you invincible or not?
