you do really like your training videos don't you.
you do really like your training videos don't you.
Well I've found a bunch of military training videos online, some shit, some good, some great. Most of the good ones have some interesting action in them, so I thought I'd share with facepunch. I've avoided putting up the shitty cam quality ones. Besides, gathering from some FPer's posts, lots of people still have the idea that when you sign up for a combat job in the military, they just give you a rifle and tell you to charge the enemy. Hopefully some of these training videos will break that conception and show that Army and the like will teach you skillsets and tactics to prepare you for your job, they aren't just chucking you in a meat grinder. I wanted to post mainly infantry videos, but everyone loves special forces, so whatever.
I always say I could do this, but some of it is really intensive that I know I couldn't handle. With training I could probably.

What do they use, firearm wise, to train with? I'm pretty sure they don't use live ammunition, right?

Basically they take a gun, load it with blanks (And stick something to it so blanks will cycle the necessary bits and pieces), and stick a laser to the front. Then they play very loud, realistic, stressful laser tag.
I've learned from DoD that armed warfare in urban environments is a bitch.
why do they always make these things so dramatic
I was working at a Navy recruiting office to get my leave days back. That's all they push now is spec ops, not any specific rate, not nuke, just spec ops. SEAL, EOD, SWCC etc. I guess they find it more efficient to use a spec ops team rather than a few marines.
why do they always make these things so dramatic
Because in a real warzone, one wrong move and your whole team could die.
First 4 minutes were really boring..
I thought they gonna finally mount on real seals and ride them into battle
I do this is modern warefare 2 all the time. I can beat anyone of these guys just like a beat my noob friends.
I did this during my military service, fun shit yo.
I loved MOUT in America's Army. [editline]06:54PM[/editline] "May have slain the Soviet nuclear dragon." Oh my god. The US didn't do anything. It collapsed on its own.
