This guy can steal just about anything from your pockets.

Damn, that watch stealing is amazing.
These type of pickpockets would be impractical in a real life situation. It's shown that there's 2 different types of pickpocket: the playful one, and the pickpocket where you need that item. The stress levels between the two are very different and would cause a lot of fumbles with this guy.

It's nothing compared to Dragonborn's stealing skills.

The way this works is that the human can only focus directly at on thing at the time. His using distraction all the time and makes your mind confused.
Damn I wish I could do this to my enemies

The stress is a non-factor. The difference is that with him he has to get up close and personal to his targets, something a street pickpocketer wouldn't do.
Most people wouldn't let a stranger go up and hold their wrists or feel around in their jacket.
Street pickpocketers usually just pass by people in crowded spaces and swiftly grab whatever is in their pockets.
Sleight of hand magic tricks and illusions are my favorite.
I want to be a thief!

if a street pickpocketer is smart, he can find a way to get in close to a person rather easily.
just come up with some excuse to get up close and personal

This is so true, HOWEVER. This would be very practical if you were a thief working at a big name clothing store. Fitting clothes on dopey rich men and women who wouldn't have a clue, I'm talking about the dopey rich type who buy really expensive label stuff at those REALLY expensive clothing chains. Imagine the access he would have to so many people, measuring waste lines you have a 360 access to all pockets.
I think the skills could be dangerously practical in the right situation, obviously not street pick pockets though.
Normally pickpockets just bump into people "accidentally" and end up with a bit more than what they started with.
Holy fucking shit.
suddenly exploring the web for videos and guides on how to become such a bastard
I actually had my wallet stolen and returned by a similar tactic
I kept it in my jeans back pocket, some guy asked for directions, started talking a bit, kinda patted me on the shoulder, and then was like "wanna see a trick?" and handed me my wallet. I guess he returned it because there was no money in it, just IDs
