My friends and I were discussing how you were suppose to watch the Starwars movies.
I argued that you should watch them in the order the films were released.
4-5-6-1-2-3
On the other hand, my friends were arguing that you should watch them in number.
1-2-3-4-5-6
What do you think?

Well depends how you want to watch them...But if you want to watch them in chronological order then it would be 4-5-6-1-2-3

At first thought I was going to say "4-5-6-1-2-3 of course!" but then I thought that if someone really hasn't seen any of the movies, they should probably watch them from 1 to 6. The story might be more interesting for them since they don't already know what is ultimately going to happen.

Production order. Also, you can skip 1-3.

and six only because you need a conclusion to 5
The prequels were horrible.
Just watch the original trilogy.
4-5-6, if you really want to you can watch the prequels but they're pretty bad, not to mention unneeded. And try to watch the the version of the original trilogy when they haven't made Boba Fett an Aussie.

EP1 and EP3 Were pretty good prequels, didn't really like EP2, but nothing beats 4 5 6.
You should watch them in the order 123456. If you watch them in the order they were made, the drop in quality from 6 to 1 will make you vomit.
I don't get the people that say you shouldn't watch the prequels.
Sure, they are not as good as 4-5-6, but they are still entertaining, and contribute to the story.
I personally enjoyed them, but maybe that's because I never was a big Star Wars fan, and had never really seen them before a couple months ago. (Yes I know I should have seen them before...)
Oh, this thread again. I say watch them after episode numbers. The prequels weren't as bad as everyone makes them out to be. I enjoyed them very much.

Well, I am pretty dumb in most cases, but here, I know what I'm talking about.
All of them in chronological order, duh.
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6
A lot may disagree but he didn't ask for order of how you saw it or best ones first. If you watch 4, 5, an 6 first, the first three become redundant and boring. You KNOW what's going to happen the whole time and you just wait for it happen, makes it really boring. By watching the first 3 first, you eliminate that.
If you have to watch all of them its best to watch it worst to best. So 1,2,3,4,5,6

I really liked 1, 2 and 3, and hardly remember 5 or 6. Need to watch them again. Why do a lot of people hate the newer ones?
