Fringe, Firefly and Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles have the best intros I've seen.

I also love how they make different intros for different episodes in Fringe.

They only used that song for the pilot, though. I'm Coming Home just fits the show so well. :39 for the song they used for the rest of the series.
