They have successfully caused the Prime minister and his government to step down.

The PM resigned along with all of his government. And the Mayor of the Capital's sector where the fire happened, resigned too. (This all happened because of the tragedy in that nightclub. Look in my profile for a thread about it)
The protests will continue.

I dont get it. Its governments fault that an accident happened? How many similar accidents happened in Romania last couple of years?
It seems it was just a nitpick reason to make government resign. Were they even bad? I heard only about good things happening in Romania last couple of years.
