NFL Chiefs football player kills girlfriend, commits suicide - Polidicks

He was talking to 2 team officials when the cops showed up. Once he had calmed down and realized the gravity of his situation he took his own life over spending time in prison for murder. Shit like that isn't uncommon

I dunno if this takes balls or you need to be seriously depressed / mentally ill (I don't know), But I would absolutely be shitting it if I was forced to take my own life or have someone end it for me.
