Man caught with 19 bags of marijuana at Fulton courthouse - Polidicks

Police at the courthouse noticed something suspicious in Ricky Hefflin’s back left pocket when he went through the building's metal detector. According to the police report, Hefflin, 26, of Atlanta, was instructed to empty his pockets but refused, stating “I don’t have anything.” The arresting officer stopped Hefflin from proceeding, asking him again to empty his pockets. When Hefflin didn’t move, the officer told Hefflin to place his hands against the wall and proceeded to search him. The officer uncovered a clear plastic bag with 19 smaller bags inside containing marijuana.
