Apparently you can get Scorpion already without a season pass, this video explains how:

Actually, he was patched in with the Doomsday skin. Apparantly pass holders get him early too.
Yeah just played him a load today. Managed to make a 15+ hit combo that only does 24%. I'm probably doing it wrong but fuck that scaling.
