Here's a place I'm going to dump my drawings at the same time as uploading them to DeviantArt.
Normally my main area of interest is game programming, so art is a little outside my comfort zone. That said, I've always wanted to be good at it and practice is the only thing that will help, so here goes.
Also, almost all of these are Sonic The Hedgehog related art. I chose that intentionally as it's a relatively simple artstyle which is basically an anime flair stapled on top of Tom & Jerry.

I definitely do want to diversify (doing Sonic stuff forever would be a little silly, eh?). This style was intentionally chosen [I]for now[/I] because I'm not yet confident in my skills and the style is relatively simple while also incorporating anime-style features (which I'm quite fond of)

You're pressing the pencil onto the paper too hard.
Other than that keep it up with doing what you do with studying hands and cloth.
I'd recommend looking into anatomy construction a bit more and after you have somewhat of a grasp on that start trying to do gestures.

I must be turning into an artist.
I feel like only an artist would, in the middle of drawing something, suddenly grab a sweater out of their laundry, put their arm through the sleeve and move it around to see how the cloth looks, then throw it back and continue drawing.
The whole thing probably would have looked really weird to an outside observer with no context.
Quick little weapon concept. Weapon's called Akuma No Juu, or "Demon's Gun".
It functions as either a sword, or by folding down the blade a little barrel pops out and it turns into a laser bazooka. The gem on the sword traps a shard of a demon soul, which powers the weapon.
Please excuse the shitty handwriting, I find it quite difficult to write with a Wacom.
