Building up tolerance to Adderall, any way to mitigate without upping the dosage? - General

Hey, I've been taking 25mg Amphetamine Salt extended release capsules for a few days now. I have 3 left, and a lot of work to do over the next few days, after which I'll be taking a tolerance break, no big deal, but I really need to make the effects last in the short-term. Is there anything I can do temporarily to either decrease my tolerance or increase the potency of the amphetamine without upping the dosage, aside from snorting it? Any advice would be helpful.

Magnesium supplements may help with amphetamine tolerance, to a certain extent. The best way to fix an amphetamine tolerance is to stop taking them ;3 Opening the capsules and crushing up the little beads inside will reduce the "extended release" and make the effects stronger, but obviously it won't last as long. You don't need to snort it for this, you can wrap it in a tiny bit of tissue and swallow it or something.

Typically the pill lasts about 10-12 hours, and it still does, but the effects are greatly reduced now. I don't get the mental focus for very long, and that's the desired effect. It still prevents fatigue and staves appetite a bit, but only to an extent, and the euphoria is greatly reduced, only feeling it slightly at the median of the high, but that's not a huge deal. I've noticed that caffeine tends to amplify the effects a bit, is that true or was that just a combination high or placebo-type thing? I think I'm going to take a capsule, and then follow it down with a reduced dosage, I'll pop open another capsule and just eat a small portion of the beads.

I take Adderall XR 10mg on a daily basis, and I took a week break from it and its as if that was a good enough tolerance break... I'm trying to take a break from weed, but it sucks D:

Man I've never found it hard to take breaks from weed, I find that its more awesome if you have it irregulary.
