But in all seriousness, I doubt those extra 15 minutes add anything redeeming to the movie.
Ooof, the exact sort of title that someone would use for the direct to DVD spin off of a movie

Good on them though to quit confusing us over an actually good movie.
Better than not giving us a subtitle and having it be labeled by it's year than something creative.
I'm glad there's a subtitle, because then that means we don't have to consider it a full reboot.
We can just consider it a garbage spinofff.
Movies don't usually come out on home media 2 1/2 months after its theatrical release, I think it goes to show how desperate for money they are.
Goes-Bust-ers: Answer the Call (for a refund)

I believe it is a spin of the "who ya gonna call" line. I'll admit that actually went over my head at first.
theyre a bunch of real ghoul-getters

i should have written this film
Now we can actually have a decent sequel.
I imagine that the possibility that having it as just "Ghostbusters" would hurt DVD/Blu-Ray sales of the original Ghostbusters was moreso a factor above anything else.
Can i just talk about how fucked up Bill Murray's cameo was?
The lady releases a ghost to soothe her own wounded pride, it immediately kills Bill, and... that's it. There's no repercussions for the fact a main character got an innocent man killed for her own ego.
What the FUCK. It would be like if Walter Peck opened the ghost containment unit in the original film, released all hell, and then there's twenty minutes of Egon working on the Ecto-1.

He's not the same character but yes they kill him. And not in a justified way, it's straight up murder.

this scene is so fucking shit lmao
I could swear this subtitle has always been attached to the movie. Just never actually used in the advertising or anything like that because it's not actually at all useful.
It appears somewhere during the credits if I'm remembering right?

I think it was the original title when the movie went into production, then it disappeared randomly.
I saw it as the only text on a billboard ad for it, so it's certainly been in their marketing toolbox.

Not just that but Melissa McCarthy shits on him for not knowing as much about ghosts as she does because she's a ghostbuster. Sure the character isn't but from a meta standpoint wtf
It should have a different title even if it were good. If two movies unknowingly have the same title then sure, whatever but doing another movie and just giving it the same title is just annoying and confusing.

The part where she says something like "You have nothing to prove to this guy" seemed like a really meta jab at the reaction to new Ghostbusters from fans of the old movie. Maybe I'm looking too far into it though.

And then everyone starts talking about Patrick Swayze while standing around next to the corpse.
Because comedy.

If the rumors about Bill Murray basically being forced to show up in the movie or get sued are true, that makes this sting even more. But then again, just being hamfistedly killed off like this is good for getting fans mad at the retards who even greenlit this disaster so I guess it serves a good purpose after all.

It's disrespectful to Murray AND Swayze. I haven't even seem the film itself but looking at this one scene gives me a personal incentive not to.
That subtitle makes no sense, but whatever movie is terrible enough already.
Reminds me of how they changed Edge of Tomorrow to Live/Die/Repeat, only I think that change made a lot more sense.
That title was in the movie. Well, it showed at the end of the credits at least. It was the official title during it's theatrical release though.
