This is one of the most fucked things I've seen in a long time. I always thought the whole "The police is so abusive and trigger happy in America" deal was only true in rare cases, but this is just...
that's terrible. Fucking Californian cops are scum a lot of the time. Like seriously if there are any cops who truly deserve to be called power tripping pigs 90% of them come from California.
Why the fuck did he shoot the dog and then leave it in agony to die slowly? WHY THE FUCK DID HE NOT PUT IT DOWN IMMEDIATELY
"To protect and serve"
They might have found who the guy was, I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post it.
Holy fuck, he shoots it four times because it barked and jumped, what a fucking retard.
I regret watching this.
Oh man for fucks sake the dog didn't even try to bite them I think, holy shit
To be fair if a dog lunges at you like that you probably want to defend yourself But yeah cops could've handled that way fucking better
They might have found who the guy was, I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post it.
please post
if somebody did that to my dog i don't know if i could stop myself from smashing their face in
"shoot his dog for barking" Yeah, no. It was lunging at the cop. Still their fault, none of it would have happened if they had let the guy film.
Losing my hope in humanity, one step at a time. How can retards like that even get into the police force?
Okay. While the police were WAY out of line shooting the guys dog. and even arresting him, the dog did get out of the car and did present a threat to the officers. The police really should have just told the guy to leave instead of just arresting him for no reason.
"shoot his dog for barking" Yeah, no. It was lunging at the cop. Still their fault, none of it would have happened if they had let the guy film.
I could've worded it better, no one is really sure what happened, but they sure could've used less harmful means.
I could've worded it better, no one is really sure what happened, but they sure could've used less harmful means.
I'm sure every cop has seen that video of a female cop/animal handler (can't remember which one) getting her hand mangled by a rottweiler while responding to a call. I sure as fuck would rather shoot a dog than have that happen to me.
I really don't know to feel but i'm upset.
:( This was handled SO poorly....

Damn.. Although car windows being shut/higher up would have prevented this from happening. At first when the dude put the dog in the car, I was like "How can the dog even end up dying?" but as soon as the dog jumped out of the window, while the owner was already in cuffs, oh boy.. Do they not train the cops how to subdue a dog like you would subdue a human assailant?
Is there even a technique for that?
Yeah, a suplex.
Nope. No way in hell am I watching this.
Nope. No way in hell am I watching this.
it's too late for me :(
Damn.. Although car windows being shut/higher up would have prevented this from happening.
Yeah, but that shouldn't be a thing to blame it on. The guy should never even have been arrested to begin with. I mean, I don't know about the law where this took place, but where I live we sure as hell can record police force as much as we want.
I mean, I don't know about the law where this took place, but where I live we sure as hell can record police force as much as we want.
You can film cops in the US. Apparently what wasn't the reason they arrested him.
Nope. No way in hell am I watching this.
It's not worth it.
Imagine being that guy. Dogs are like family. Cops could have released him to calm it he didn't really look like he was resisting.
Why the fuck did he shoot the dog and then leave it in agony to die slowly? WHY THE FUCK DID HE NOT PUT IT DOWN IMMEDIATELY
He probably didn't want to fire his gun more than he had to, he also probably would've gotten a lot of hate anyway for executing a defenseless animal in public. In the heat of the moment decisions are made quickly and with little thought. The gun should have been used for last resort only, which it was not. If the cops would've stopped rough handling the owner it would've calmed down.
The way it moves when it's shot is so fucked up. I wish I hadn't watched that.
