600 people could potentially lose their jobs or have to relocate. It's sad, I know everyone hates activsion but we shouldn't hate the average guy.
Why would he need to move? Games he has sequels to are still $90 and people lap up Guitar hero even though each game costs more/has less songs
Bahaha eat shit UK Government, I hate cunts that bull face lie to their electorate.. All to common in Aus and the UK and... well everywhere.
Smart move.
I hate living in the uk.
Oh come on. Fucking retards
I hate living in the uk.
do what i did and move to amerikka, the world greatest country.
The shy, retiring Kotick
What? Am I reading this right?
What? Am I reading this right?
Dat's Activision for you.
What? Am I reading this right?
Note the "shy" before it. It would be a big deal if he retired. That just means that he's "retiring" from the UK, like you'd "retire" to bed.
They will move to australia and making millions with $120aud prices.
I hate living in the uk.
I still need to apply for my Australian passport, no work visa for me. :c00l:
It's a Lib Dem idea not to give tax breaks to developers? I find that surprising. If we didn't have a coalition...
Kotic is an asshole but the U.K's government are the ones at fault for this.
It's a Lib Dem idea not to give tax breaks to developers? I find that surprising. If we didn't have a coalition...
The lib dems are basically a bunch of tories now anyway.
Can't really blame them for this. Although it's bad for the people who work/ed there.
oh no it's going to cost us the same amount to produce games in the UK as it always has, we should move somewhere else!
Bahaha eat shit UK Government, I hate cunts that bull face lie to their electorate.. Maybe they want to leave because it's Slough? And this is just an excuse. Slough is so shit, John Betjeman wrote a poem about how shit it is. Slough Come friendly bombs and fall on Slough! It isn't fit for humans now, There isn't grass to graze a cow. Swarm over, Death! Come, bombs and blow to smithereens Those air -conditioned, bright canteens, Tinned fruit, tinned meat, tinned milk, tinned beans, Tinned minds, tinned breath. Mess up the mess they call a town- A house for ninety-seven down And once a week a half a crown For twenty years. And get that man with double chin Who'll always cheat and always win, Who washes his repulsive skin In women's tears: And smash his desk of polished oak And smash his hands so used to stroke And stop his boring dirty joke And make him yell. But spare the bald young clerks who add The profits of the stinking cad; It's not their fault that they are mad, They've tasted Hell. It's not their fault they do not know The birdsong from the radio, It's not their fault they often go To Maidenhead And talk of sport and makes of cars In various bogus-Tudor bars And daren't look up and see the stars But belch instead. In labour-saving homes, with care Their wives frizz out peroxide hair And dry it in synthetic air And paint their nails. Come, friendly bombs and fall on Slough To get it ready for the plough. The cabbages are coming now; The earth exhales.
