Here is some new gameplay from Gamespot's preview too.
Who is Clays voice actor? He sounds so familiar.
Holy shit, those visuals. Everything so muddy and fuzzy. Sadly not something im very excited about. Loved the first mafia, the second one was okay. This one seems shit.
What's with those melee animations? They look very janky and some of them didn't even connect.

To be honest this is looking a lot better than I thought it was going to be.
It looks really cool
The only thing I'm worried about is the driving. It looks so much more arcade-y compared to Mafia 1 and 2.

The cars seem to fragile to me
the gunplay looks great this time, i love how enemies react to being shot
Looks good, think I'll get it after I see some reviews of it.

Well it is supposed to be New Orleans. And I imagine it's ok because when I think muddy and fuzzy, I think Humid, damp New Orleans.

That's gameplay from shortly after its announcement in August, which was quite heavily criticized. I don't think it'd be fair to dismiss the game because of that gameplay, or any gameplay from that time because it has probably since changed for the better. I actually think in the small clips of newly released gameplay the driving already looks improved from what it was before.
Reminds me of the punisher for some reason

I do remember one video they made a while ago and the care in there exploded really fast and they kept flipping, but the developer told the Press guy that they made the physics and damage work that way just for that demonstration but that it'd be different on release.
What a fantastic trailer, I am thoroughly hyped.
So on the face of it you start of an anti hero out for revenge?
Hope joe is mentioned
Are Mafia one and two worth it?

Vito's in it so most likely.

He's credited on the IMDB page, but I don't know if that's really been updated since early rumors or not.

Except he's been confirmed in like the very first reveal of the game? He's one of the 3 gang bosses you work with.

Eh, must've missed that. I haven't been following this game as much as I've wanted to. That'll be pretty sweet seeing Vito again.
You can see old Vito in one of the early trailers if I recall correctly.
Plus he's mentioned in the second video posted.
Man I've been waiting for a very long time for this game, and I don't think I will be disappointed
Wow, this makes me excited for the future of games! and stories within games, this one looks like a real steak on a plate.
man from what I see they definitely pulled off a good new orleans, can't wait to see how they do bourbon st. and the likes.
as for gameplay, I like it all besides the driving, the cars seem too fragile to me, and can explode easily. glad they went for an open world mafia as well, one of my favorite things in mafia 2 was driving around the city in missions that actually let me.
