This is sad.
sadder thing is he didn't help the child, and wanted to take the picture instead.
sadder thing is he didn't help the child, and wanted to take the picture instead.
because you would help it
sadder thing is he didn't help the child, and wanted to take the picture instead.
If I remember right the kid had some kind of disease and was going to die anyways. And If he touched him he could have gotten it too.
I've seen more sad pictures.
sadder thing is he didn't help the child, and wanted to take the picture instead.
Helping one child won't save all, by taking the picture he got atleast the attention of the media on how bad the situation for the people in this country is. To bad he couldn't stand living with this memory. [editline]12:20PM[/editline]
I've seen more sad pictures.
I've seen Caucasus war victims and worse.
because you would help it
"it". :colbert: Anyways, that is really depressing. I can't really say much else about the photo.
sadder thing is he didn't help the child, and wanted to take the picture instead.
The child is beyond saving, when someone eat anything for a long enough time your body wont even process whatever you might eat.
I have seen death before my eyes. And me almost dying. No, not really, but it almost seemed like it. That is a sad story though. It's nothing new, but it is sad.

because you would help it
"it". :colbert:Anyways, that is really depressing. I can't really say much else about the photo.
Well it's even in the picture's subtitle: "so it (vulture) can eat it (child)". It's perfectly correct, since we don't know if it is a boy or a girl.
I've seen Caucasus war victims and worse.
I saw you. :byodood:
Didn't the photographer commit suicide like a few months after? [editline]10:26AM[/editline] Oh it says so on the site
3 months after, christ that must have been some guilt.
This is depressing.
At first I thought Kevin Carter was selfish for leaving the child. But when he commited suicide it broke my heart, for him and the child.
Naaaw that's so sad :/
Shit, this is horrible
"Crawl around a bit so we can get some better shots."
WIN.... in a sad way though :-(
Well it's even in the picture's subtitle: "so it (vulture) can eat it (child)". It's perfectly correct, since we don't know if it is a boy or a girl.
The article says that the child is a girl...
depressing..
Stop spamming your shit now, this is like the 4th thread linking to that crappy blog.
I think of the Rugrats when I look at this photograph.
This ain't sad.
At first I thought Kevin Carter was selfish for leaving the child. But when he commited suicide it broke my heart, for him and the child.
darwin award.
sadder thing is he didn't help the child, and wanted to take the picture instead.
As ventnor said, the child wouldn't have eaten any proper food for a long time so their stomach wouldn't be accustomed to it, feeding the child anything, perhaps even something to drink, wouldn't have helped, or possibly even killed the child.
