Seems like it, hence the name "Shadows die Twice" doesn't make sense unless its eluding to a sequel. Tell me what other game involves blood, bone, and gears? Bloodborne trick weapon?
The youtube upload on FromSoftware's channel just refers to it as "FromSoftware's new project"

Seems like new IP to me. they're taking a break from dark souls and if it's not a bloodborn sequel, it must be something new?

its definitely a game that takes place in japan. before this teaser played, geoff keighley said "this game comes all the way from japan" as if that was a unique characteristic for a game these days. there were a ton of japanese games on display, so why else would he have said that?

Apparently on Microsoft’s streaming service Mixer, they showed a Wolfenstein 2 trailer instead.
If it IS a PS exclusive, then it probably wouldn't be Tenchu since that's not a console-exclusive series. I'm pretty confident this is a new IP that happens to share a feudal Japan setting.

I would play modern King's Field in a heartbeat, I'm fed off with these third person rolling fests already.
Hoping this comes out on PC as well as PS4, as long as the quality doesn't suffer from it.
Bloodborne was a masterpiece compared to DaS 2 and DaS 3 and was only on PS4.

I tried my own analysis
It's very hard to figure out what the fuck this thing is, it seems like some kind of torture device
Assuming that it is even a sequel, either Tenchu or Bloodborne 2: Nippon Boogaloo does seem most likely.
Weird thing is, From Software didn't actually develop the Tenchu games with the exception of a couple of PSP ports and a trashy XBLA spin-off game, they mostly just published them. And the first two games they had nothing to do with at all.
They also made Tenchu Z, where you play as a customisable ninja taking orders from Rikimaru.
