Well, I may not have much different views, and I do find Adam entertaining, but it doesn't exactly help with making progress. VOTE THIRD PARTY

If you think that the only thing preventing third parties from winning is a lack of voter willpower then I suggest you look up Duverger's Law before criticizing anyone's decisions.

third parties are useless with america's current system, it's literally impossible for a third party to win unless they miraculously take 51 percent of the vote which is never going to happen. All third parties do is take away votes from other parties and slightly influence them

Here in the UK it works similarly too, nutters like UKIP will never get elected but they've had massive influence over the Conservative party's policy.

It's easy to understate I guess but they did plant the seed for Brexit and all.

It is but they started the pressure, they are literally named around leaving the EU after all.
I find Trump to be most like Andrew Jackson tbh. He didn't accept the election results when he initially lost and tore apart the federal government, not because he thought many parts of it were bad, but because it was the juxtaposition of the previous president whom he hated. One of our worst presidents IMO and touted himself as a champion of the people when he cared nothing about the common man.
