He didn't do a bad job, doing his actual job, but his personal life is too much. I live in Toronto, and i'm literally drowning in Rob Ford news. Also all those reporters freaking out was hilarious.
I like the "I LOVE THAT GUY!" at the end.
to be honest i'm really not at all concerned that he's doing crack no one knew he was doing it so it wasn't affecting his job (apparently), so what's the big deal? i look at it the way i look at charlie sheen. he was a functional drug addict, he was high as a kite but he never caused trouble, showed up on time, and did his job well. i mean eventually that all caved in around him but until then it was basically fine.
oh my god the football jersey he's wearing seals the goddamn deal ahahahahaha [editline]14th November 2013[/editline] especially when he turns around like he just dropped the fucking mic and it says "MAYOR FORD" on it like he's rubbing his smug ass all over those reporters

On the surface things are looking all good and well but eventually that will unfold. I think he should pay more attention to what he says. He is someone representing the people, not a comedian. Charlie Sheen wasn't a figure to look up to in a city. He would know he isn't in the position to say he didn't eat a woman's "pussy" if he wasn't smoking fucking crack cocaine.

I mean, he was elected to do a job, he's an executive, and he can still represent his constituents and do his job regardless of his personal life or habits. If we're electing people based on their personal lives and their perfect, clean livings, then we're either looking at a celebrity popularity contest or we're voting for Jehovah's Witnesses.
Councillor Karen Stintz later said the city had suspended all school trips to city hall indefinitely because staff deemed it unsafe. Meanwhile, many of the 44-member city council turned their backs on the mayor as he addressed political matters. "This is one of the most stubborn, pig-headed people I think we have ever seen," said Councillor Janet Davis. "He seems to have no self-awareness, no core of moral character. It is stunning."
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-24947207 They won't allow school to take trips to the city hall because what he said was very inappropriate. He isn't doing his job properly if the people who he works alongside him won't he stand up for him. He's not behaving as if he is the Mayor of Toronto. He's behaving like a hot headed person (who might have had too much to drink) that his colleagues describe him to be. He could of just pulled the wool over people's eyes to get him to the position he's at now. Sounds familiar. All 44 people have something against him? Doesn't that ring alarm bells? Not even one person can stick up for him and say he's a good guy at work? Or he's good at what he does?
Haha that Asian reporters face made me lose it.
A politician that talks like an actual human and not a robot lawyer dancing around questions I'd vote for him
On an investigation into an aide: "It's actually no-one's business what happens in my office." On his Toronto neighbourhood: "This is an insult to my constituents to even think about having a homeless shelter in their ward." On cyclists: "My heart bleeds for them when someone gets killed. But it's their own fault at the end of the day." On public health: "If you are not doing needles and you are not gay, you wouldn't get Aids probably, that's the bottom line." On his visit to western Canada: "I'm telling you, you can insult their wives, but don't insult their football teams. It was an amazing experience."
Jon Stewart's reaction to this on The Daily Show was classic.
You're kidding right. He's appalling.
yeah those five quotes without any context at all really help prove your point
yeah those five quotes without any context at all really help prove your point
what context is missing do tell
what context is missing do tell
like he could have been at a stand up bar
Jon Stewart's reaction to this on The Daily Show was classic.
Toronto Mayor re-elected 4 life.
what context is missing do tell
hahahaha do you know what context is???? telling me he said those words means nothing. i can quote anybody and make it seem legitimate.
NoDachi on Fire Safety: "Nobody really cares about fire safety"
yeah i took that from a post on the first page of your recent posts without reading anything else. sounds like you really don't give a shit about fire safety! god, how could you?
