yeah this is weird. I've seen other feedback and it seems like not a lot of people are having problems with performance actually.

I get that the FPS is a case by case basis (it ran perfectly fine for me on Ultra minus Extra textures and I have a pretty dated machine), but the gameplay is some of the best it has been in a long time.
Jims point @ 2mins is pretty spot on. Its upsetting that games now a day are so broken on PC.

Does he say anything about having updated his drivers before hand? I've heard that performance is pretty shit until you update the drivers.

the stuttering is still there for most people on high settings, including me
the game is great outside of that...if you like call of duty in general, though
it doesn't reinvent the wheel or anything, thats for damn sure
its really inconsistent as well, I turn high settings up sometimes to take screenshots and it runs fluid as hell, but then like 20 minutes later it starts stuttering more than a slice of life anime
