I'd prefer it if we could actually distinguish between how bad certain things are and why, rather than adopting the defeatist attitude of "politicians are evil and bad and liars, by default, and are at all times the same level and type of bad".
So yeah, Pelosi is bad and Boehner is bad, but Pelosi is bad because she still bends to the same corporate PACs everyone else does, and Boehner is bad because he does that [I]and[/I] has more terrible supported policies all his own.
