and he's lucky a piece of debris didn't pierce his truck, either than that, it's really hard to lift a truck unless it's a big ass tornado

I would rather be still, honestly. If you're driving quickly, and the wind pushes you off the road, you're in a massive amount of danger. He was in what looked to be a heavy truck, so maybe his best bet was to just stay still.

Tornadoes can move at up to 70MPH.
And to think, there are storm chasers that are fully prepared and try to get hit by them and never get the chance.
Too bad he didn't have a higher quality camera, someone would've bought that footage.

It's easier to push a car that is already moving than one that is stationary. When you are driving, especially at a high speed, your car will gain lift. When your car has lift and a huge force of wind hits it, it will gain more lift, and possibly get turned over or thrown about.

It will, but I would assume the signal has error correction of some kind and it doesn't do it enough to degrade the sound.
