We've all had electronics malfunction on us, possibly doing something wacky. This is the premise of the thread. I've got a couple off the top of my head; My toaster has a crumb collecting area on the bottom, which my family routinely forgets about. So my mother went to clean it out one day and it was [I]packed[/I]. She ended up shaking it to get all of it out. So great, toasters clean and is now less likely to burst into flames, fabulous. However there's a Bagel option in the form of a button you toggle on or off. One day after it was cleaned I go to put a bagel in, I press the button and fwoom, my bagel pops back out. So now we have a toaster with two buttons that function as a popping lever. We rest assured no toast shall ever go un-popped. Another one is a CLASSIC, I went over to a friend's place to play some SSB for N64 with abunch of other people. When I got there i was informed the TV we were using got mad static since we last played. So now there's waves of shit constantly on the screen and we were all pretty bummed. We played anyways for a while and I ended up tapping the TV accidently, and a tad bit of the fuzz disappeared. So I gave it a solid whack and it was as good as new. This always confused me in how it worked. I'm guessing something was just loose and you knock it back in place.
i have a dead 360 in my closet
that's not abnormal.
Only half the screen on my iPod touch works It sometimes randomly plays music
My phone screen goes white for a whole day sometimes. :v:

For the last month, our microwave hasn't been working at all. The plate spins randomly, and when you put in a time for it to nuke things, it's on for one second before shutting off. We have to use the stove for everything, it's annoying having to go through the process of using all the dials on the stove just to re-heat a slice of pizza.
I have a battery powered RC Helicopter but the charger no longer detects the battery is connected. It's hardly had a chance to be used much either. I think something inside must've burnt out. I'll have to open the son of a bitch. [editline]16th July 2011[/editline] I've also got an old CRT monitor that has a messed up non-detachable cable. The cable going into the connector that itself goes into the video card has to be bent up at a strange angle or else the screen goes all yellow.

My extendable penis doesn't extend anymore. :(
My computer malfunctions sometimes by posting threads in the wrong section.
I've seen a barney plushie toy with one of those voice boxes that goes off when you push a certain part go off without being touched. Now that's fucking creepy.

I have a laser-optic mouse that I usually have to plug in several times before the computer registers that it's there and I can use it.
I have a nintendo cartridge I have to blow in order for it to work.
I have a almost dead gameboy. The sound makes any games music sound creepy.
I have a power adaptor that needs to be connected all the time. It likes to buzz when I try to sleep.
A while back going on certain websites or using certain software used to make our internet shit its pants and we'd have to reset the router. [editline]16th July 2011[/editline] When I plug my phone into the PC it prompts me with the 'Sync' 'USB Data' and 'Charge only' maybe 1/3 of the time. So I end up having to plugging and unplugging till it works.
one time my dildo malfunction and embedded rusty metal in my asshole

You get kinda used to heating stuff with the stove after awhile. :v:
A couple years ago i tossed a pizza in the oven for my brother, mother, and myself. Well, after the half hour of cook time was up I found the pizza still frozen... we were out of gas. Mom was planning to order pizza (and gas) when i brought her a freshly cooked slice. I explained, after laughing at her tremendously confused face, that I had cut up the frozen pizza and cooked it one slice at a time in the toaster oven.
I had an old speaker that made any sound that came out of it creepy as in demonic incantation creepy.
My CRT monitor is dying and flashes a nice rainbow of colors for about 30 seconds when you turn it on.
Reminds me of what Degaussing does. Oh, my sister had an old TV that was just a tad... odd. It could be controlled (somewhat) with a battery powered lantern from across the room. *turn lantern on* TV turns on *switch brightness* TV either turns off or changes channel
