Shrek 2 is legit one of my favorite films of all time. This video has attacked me on a personal level.

CinemaSins hasn't been decent in a long time imo, the spinoffs by different people are better, like CinemaWins. Half the time the things he points out aren't even problems, let alone little gags and running in-jokes, they're just flat out non-issues or even something genuinely positive sometimes and it always irks the hell outta me. I always thought CinemaSins entire jist was pointing out small details and oversights that don't actually make a difference to the movie's quality at all (or pointing out plotholes/odd reasoning behind actions). I think he's been memeing it up recently but I haven't looked at his recent videos, but they're not meant to be serious in the slightest. It's not some excuse to pardon bad quality, the channel's just literally never been that serious, it's pretty evident in the very specific editing style it has, i dont know why some people think its supposed to be serious when it adopts such a specific presentation style. But yeah he has been making a lot more unsubtle jokes recently

Watch the Django Unchained video posted above, and virtually all of the points he makes are legitimate continuity errors and plot holes, with only one or two joke dings. Also note the length of the video. You can trace out when CinemaSins started going down the shitter by the length of the videos. As they get longer and longer, they get worse and worse.
