• My Bio teacher is teaching intelligent design in class.

My Biology teacher is a pretty cool guy and everyone likes him but he has shown to have some weird beliefs. (mostly conspiracy stuff) and I'm a huge science fan especially biology so I was happy to hear that we are starting the evolution section of the book, but He made it clear right away that he doesn't believe in evolution which I wouldn't mind (even though its strange that hes a bio teacher) but he said hes going to also teach alternatives to evolution just as much as evolution this semester. No one else seems to mind and after talking to my friend about it since he had him last year it seems like he makes it clear which one he believes in and he must have been good at teaching it because now my friend believes in Intelligent design. After that I talked to my cousin who had him and apparently his class was smart enough to get him to stop by saying "stop teaching us bullshit" when ever he tried to talk about intelligent design, but I know my class isn't going to do this. My teacher is a pretty cool guy though and I know if I say something everyone will just get mad at me. Also I don't want to have to deal with a huge thing this might cause by speaking out. But it just sickens me that he's using time that should be used for science to teach his beliefs. But once I think about it if the kids he teach don"t care if they are learning bullshit then why should I since I already understand evolution pretty good. So what do you think I should do? stand up for science and my morals or just let him teach us about how god created everything and just learn to deal with it? ps sorry for my grammar/punctuation in advance. Oh and the people that say you shouldn't post school stuff or blog punch. Tl;dr My bio teacher is a cool guy but is teaching intelligent design in class. What should I do? you should learn
Kill your teacher and teach the class yourself.
